Eric van Duren is a Senior Managing Director and focuses on transaction execution. Prior to joining, Eric acted as an Advisor to MARK spearheading a number of disposals across the portfolio. Eric spent over 25 years with Multi Corporation and the last 9 years as member of the Board of Directors and its Chief Investment Officer, where he was responsible for overseeing the Group’s investments as well as disposals of retail assets valued over €8 billion across Europe. He began his career in 1985 at NN Vastgoed in Delft as a trainee. Eric graduated from Delft University with a Master in Architecture. Eric speaks Dutch, English, French and German.
