A fund advised by Meyer Bergman, the pan-European investment manager specialised in urban mixed-use real estate investments, has completed the €62 million (DKK 460 million) sale of four prime retail properties in central Copenhagen’s premier shopping area to Hines Pan-European Core Fund.

The four buildings sold by Meyer Bergman European Retail Partners II (MBERP II) are on Købmagergade, a pedestrian shopping street that is home to many of the city’s luxury brands. The buildings offer a total of 3,200 square metres, which are fully occupied. MBERP II began assembling a portfolio of high street properties in central Copenhagen in 2012 after identifying the area’s potential and its appeal to international retailers.
