Claire is Head of Asset Management at Crossbay, where she is responsible for the strategic asset management of the platform’s pan European portfolio. Prior to this, Claire spent three years at Oxenwood Real Estate as Head of Asset Management, overseeing a diverse pan European portfolio totalling approximately 181,000 sq m. Before Oxenwood, she spent more than six years at M7 Real Estate, where she completed over €1 billion of predominantly industrial real estate transactions across major European markets. Her experience spans acquisitions, investment management and debt structuring. Claire holds an MA in European Real Estate from Kingston University and a BA in French and Spanish from the University of Manchester, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
