Roy Erkelens is responsible for acquisitions and asset management in the Benelux region. Prior to joining in 2019, Roy was working as a Senior Director in capital markets at CBRE based in the Netherlands for 10 years and was the initiator of the MidCap Capital Markets business. Before that, Roy worked at Valad for 5 years where he built various Light Industrial portfolios.
