Nick joined MARK as General Counsel in 2024, bringing with him more than two decades of legal counsel experience. Before joining MARK, he served as the General Counsel at Henderson Park, General Counsel at Cross Ocean Partners in London, and Senior Counsel at Capula Investment Management. Prior to working in alternative asset management, he spent 14 years at Goldman Sachs where he acted as counsel to the European Special Situations Group. A Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, Nick earned his LLB (Hons) in Law from Sheffield Hallam University.
