Jonathan joined MARK as a Board Director in 2015. Aside from his regular fiduciary responsibilities and effective oversight of the financing and structuring of real estate transactions, his focus is on the performance of existing investments and the scrutiny/approval of new opportunities as they are presented to the board by the Investment Committee. Jonathan lives in Guernsey where he moved to from the UK in 2013 having built his business in property investment and development. He brings with him 35 years of experience in real estate transactions both domestic and international. He has held various board positions in the UK and abroad and sat on the board of Notting Hill Housing Trust (Notting Hill Genesis) for 6 years where he also chaired The Group Development Committee. Jonathan holds a fiduciary license with The Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
