Sanjiv Raykundalia joined the firm in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Sanjiv oversees financial and performance reporting to investors, compliance matters, and the provision of accounting supervision and structuring in relation to new acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and fund creation. Sanjiv is a Chartered Accountant with experience in both the real estate industry and public practice. Previously, Sanjiv worked at JER Partners in London as Director of Finance. Sanjiv was a member of JER Partner’s European Investment Committee. Prior to JER Partners, he was Corporate Controller for Tishman Speyer Properties and Senior Manager with Deloitte. Sanjiv received a B.A. (Hon) in Accountancy from Birmingham City University (previously Birmingham Polytechnic) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
